Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions in Birchwood, WI is seeking a General Labor worker for the 1st shift. Tasks include following job orders, assembling materials, and performing basic repairs with hand and power tools while maintaining a clean, safe workstation.

You will participate in safety checks and collaborate closely with teammates under supervisor guidance. Requirements include at least one year of manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or GED, with willingness to learn and grow.

What We're Looking For

Physical Requirements

• Work with products up to 60lbs throughout the day.
• Occasionally pushing/pulling 100lbs.
• Be comfortable with kneeling, squatting, stooping, twisting and sitting throughout the day.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing experience.
• Highschool diploma or GED .
• Willingness to learn.
