• Operate hand and power tools as directed
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor
• Assist skilled trades workers (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
