Essential Job Functions

1. Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
2. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
3. Assist with setup and cleanup of job sites
4. Operate hand and power tools as directed
5. Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
6. Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor
7. Assist skilled trades workers (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed
8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
9. Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED preferred
2. Previous experience in general labor, construction, or related field a plus
3. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
4. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
5. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
6. Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
7. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
