The Lee Group is hiring General Laborers for production and packaging roles in Suffolk, VA. You will support daily operations in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, with a 12-hour rotating shift from 5:00am to 5:00pm and weekend availability. Pay is $15.00 per hour and weekly pay is included.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to stand for long periods, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working as part of a team to maintain safety and quality standards.

The Lee Group is seeking dependable, hardworking General Laborers to work at one of our valued clients in Suffolk, VA. In this role, you will support daily production and packaging operations in a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing environment.

General Laborers will assist with inspecting, packing, labeling, palletizing, and preparing finished products for distribution while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable with physical work, able to stay productive throughout a 12 hour shift, and works well as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities of General Laborers

• Inspect, pack, and palletize finished products.
• Ensure proper labeling, weight, and quality standards are met.
• Wrap and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Assist with organizing products in the warehouse area.
• Support general production and packaging operations as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations.
• Follow all safety and food-handling procedures.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to help keep production running smoothly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
