Job summary

The Lee Group is hiring Forklift Operators for a manufacturing facility in Suffolk, VA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role with rotating shifts from 5:00am–5:00pm and 5:00pm–5:00am. Weekly pay and benefits are included.

You will support production by moving materials, keeping areas safe, and helping with overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of forklift/pallet jack experience, basic mechanical skills, and a safety-minded attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of forklift experience preferred.
• Strong safety, quality, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep sanitation areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Sanitize equipment, tools, and surfaces in the pit area to prevent contamination.
• Dispose of waste materials properly following safety procedures.
• Assist with operating machinery during coffee production.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and supplies using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Load and unload trucks with attention to inventory accuracy.
• Label and store materials according to inventory procedures.

• Physical ability to lift 50–70lbsand perform manual labor
