Job Details:

• Position: General Laborer
• Type: Full-Time
• Pay: Weekly, $16.00/hour

Job Summary:

Laborers maintain our yard/site in all weather conditions, operate smart devices, and adapt to our inventory technology. Workdays start at 5:00 am, ending around 1:30 pm, with hours varying based on workload, typically 8-10 hours/day.

Training includes yard operations, pressure washing, data entry, inventory management, plastic welding, and driving. Tasks vary daily based on operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Pressure washing and repairing containers
• Sorting and inspecting waste/recycling containers
• Inventory management and data entry
• Operating forklifts (plus)
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Pushing, pulling, lifting 50+ lbs, and moving up to 450 lbs on wheels
