Job summary

Allegiance Industries is hiring a General Laborer to support our manufacturing operations. The role involves physical tasks, site preparation, and teamwork to help keep projects on schedule, often outdoors in a mill environment.

You will operate a forklift and follow safety procedures, with a Tue–Sat 5:00 AM–2:00 PM shift in North Carolina. Applicants should have physical stamina, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina and ability to lift and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to follow safety protocols and directions.
• Experience in general labor or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work sites by cleaning debris and organizing supplies.
