Job Title : General Laborer

Location : Various project sites (transportation may be provided) Job Type : Temporary / Week-to-Week Projects Pay : $18-$20 / hr. paid weekly

Job Overview : We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team for short-term projects lasting approximately one week at a time. Work includes general construction labor, abatement tasks, and commercial cleaning at various commercial job sites. Ideal candidates are flexible, physically capable, and available on short notice.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform manual labor on construction and demolition sites
• Assist with hazardous material abatement (as trained)
• Carry, load, and unload materials and tools
• Clean and maintain job sites, including sweeping, mopping, and debris removal
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Work effectively as part of a team and take direction from supervisors

Requirements :

• Prior experience in construction, abatement, or commercial cleaning is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Willingness to work in various conditions (indoor / outdoor, dusty, etc.)
• Punctuality and reliability are a must
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid ID and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Availability for flexible, short-term scheduling

Preferred :

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
