Sonoco is seeking a General Laborer in Richmond, VA to support production operations. You will work within a manufacturing environment under the supervision of a Team Leader, performing essential tasks to ensure quality and timely shipment of products.
Expect 12-hour rotating shifts (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am), with a 43-hour average per week, plus incentive bonuses and shoe allowances. Safety, attendance, and physical stamina are important in this role.

While reporting to the Team Leader as the General Laborer, you will be responsible for collaborating and contributing to the production environment within our manufacturing operations. Safety, quality, productivity, and strong work ethic are important to the Sonoco culture. You will perform tasks that are necessary to provide high quality, efficient, timely shipment of Sonoco products.
