The General Laborer is a hands-on support role that keeps job sites safe, clean, and running efficiently. You’ll assist across departments with tasks like loading materials, organizing inventory, helping with cleanouts, digging trenches, delivering tools, and other physical work as needed. This is a great role for someone dependable, eager to learn, and ready to grow their skills in the trades.

Pay range: $18-20/hour

Hours: Full-time, set schedule, weekend availability

• Show up ready to work and grow; take initiative and be reliable.
• Learn from skilled tradespeople and support their work in the field.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop, yard, and truck fleet.

• Keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and well-stocked.
