Weitsman Recycling is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Laborer to support daily operational functions across our facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of facility operations, including material handling, equipment support, and general yard or shop duties
• Maintain work areas in accordance with safety and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with teams to support daily workflows and projects
• Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely
• Support inventory, loading/unloading, and material processing
• Perform routine checks and reporting for efficient site operations
• Support supervisors and contribute to overall plant efficiency

• Highly organized, dependable, and self-directed
• Attention to detail and adaptability
