Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Excellerate General Laborer to support daily production and facility operations with general labor, material handling, and repetitive assembly tasks.

This role requires reliable hands-on work, attention to detail, and a safety-minded approach in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include handling materials, preparing skids for shipment, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production floor, supporting 5S and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 0-1 years preferred.
  • Travel: 0-10%.
  • Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Performs material handling and repetitive assembly tasks with attention to detail and quality.
  • Performs general labor duties to support daily production and facility operations.
  • Prepares skids for shipment, including cleaning and ensuring materials are properly organized and ready for shipping.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and safe production floor through routine sweeping, trash removal, and housekeeping.
  • Supports 5S and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production area.
  • Assists with floor organization and layout, including measuring and applying floor tape to designated areas.
  • Maintains clear and organized workspaces to support efficient production flow.
  • Operates a forklift as needed, if applicable.
  • Assists production and other departments with general labor and facility support tasks as needed.
  • Identifies and supports process improvement opportunities.
  • Creates, prints, and applies assembly identification labels.
  • Follows OSHA, company, and customer-specific safety requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Travel: 0-10%.
  • Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
