As the General Laborer, you will receive training to assist the teams in the Fabrication, Weld, and Assembly departments.

What does a General Laborer do at SpecSys?

• Follows instructions from employees in the department where you are assisting
• Uses tools and machines to assist in the manufacturing process
• Practice time management skills to help organize work and finish it on schedule

What are we looking for in a good candidate?

• Knowledge of how products are made
• Mechanical knowledge of design and controlling equipment
• Understand spoken and written information
• Identify problems, review information, and use math skills to solve problems
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to walk, stoop, kneel, couch, crawl and being on feet for 8 plus hours per workday
• High school diploma or GED
• Or any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance
