As part of a fast-moving and collaborative team, you’ll drive the logistics and coordination that make our recycling pipeline work—from sample sourcing to processor engagement and cost analysis.

RHI Magnesita is seeking a reliable and safety-focused General Laborer to join our manufacturing team in Moulton, Alabama. This role involves a variety of hands‑on tasks, including operating heavy equipment, performing general labor, and supporting production operations.

What You’ll Do

• Operate overhead cranes to safely lift and move large, heavy concrete pieces.
• Use hand tools such as hammers for assembly, demolition, or adjustment tasks.
• Operate a sit‑down forklift to transport materials and products throughout the facility.
• Utilize shelving systems for organizing, storing, and retrieving materials.
• Perform general labor duties, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), material handling, and assisting with production as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Support other departments as required to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn to operate overhead cranes and sit‑down forklifts (training provided).
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work.
• Strong commitment to safety and following established protocols.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including nights and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
