Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 depending upon experience

We are looking for a GENERAL LABORER to join our Riverside, CA plant. As a general laborer with Contech, you will contribute to America’s essential infrastructure including drainage systems, pipes, bridges, structures, and stormwater management. You will work in a team environment with opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

About the Role

• Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
• Operate equipment when directed.
• Ensure that all finished products meet quality standards.
• Be able to move 40+ lbs multiple times per day.

About You

We Require:

• Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Willingness and ability to climb stairs throughout the shift.
• Ability to work outdoors or in open air environments.
