Wsb Solutions in Marietta, OH seeks a dependable General Laborer with construction experience to join a team that delivers outdoor projects on schedule. You will assist with excavation, septic systems, walls, foundations, and water line work, reporting to seasoned crew members.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime opportunities for emergencies. You’ll gain hands-on experience in excavation, underground utilities, and site development, while prioritizing

• Previous construction experience required.
• Heavy equipment operation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with excavation, underground utilities, concrete, or site preparation is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime when emergency jobs arise.
• Valid driver’s license preferred, but NOT required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with outdoor construction and excavation projects, including septic system installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Build and repair retaining walls.
• Perform foundation work and site preparation.
• Repair water lines, including emergency breaks.
• Digging, trenching, and general excavation assistance.
• Move materials, load/unload equipment, and maintain clean job sites.
• Assist experienced crew members with daily projects.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

General Laborer – Construction & Excavation

$16.00 per Hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Overtime Opportunities

Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and seeing the results of your hard work? We are looking for a dependable, hardworking General Laborer with construction experience to join a team that takes pride in getting the job done right!

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in construction who enjoys hands-on work and wants to expand their experience in excavation, underground utilities, and site development.

Schedule & Pay

• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime as needed, including emergency service calls
• Full-Time Position

Job Responsibilities

As a General Laborer, you will assist with a variety of outdoor construction and excavation projects, including:

• Septic system installation, maintenance, and repair
• Building and repairing retaining walls
• Foundation work and site preparation
• Water line repairs, including emergency water line breaks
• Digging, trenching, and general excavation assistance
• Moving materials, loading and unloading equipment, and maintaining clean job sites
• Assisting experienced crew members with daily projects
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous construction experience required
• Heavy equipment operation experience strongly preferred
• Experience with excavation, underground utilities, concrete, or site preparation is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a safe work environment
• Willingness to work overtime when emergency jobs arise
• Valid driver's license preferred, but NOT required
