McClain Bros is seeking a General Laborer to support site operations through hands-on tasks. You will help keep the worksite clean, assist tradespeople, move materials, and operate basic power tools as directed. The role requires physical stamina and reliability.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to meet the job's demands, including bending, lifting and standing for long periods.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to follow safety rules and regulations at all times.
• Willingness to work with onsite tradespeople (welders, painters, carpenters).
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products.
• Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as welders, painters, and carpenters.
• Transport materials and equipment from one location to another.
• Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment.
• Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility.
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding.
• Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor.
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair.
