Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a general laborer for a metals manufacturing company in Lapeer, MI. The role includes inspecting welded parts for holes or leaks and ensuring quality on the production line. Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.

to 2:30 p.m., with potential overtime. Candidates must be mechanically inclined, able to read a ruler, and possess good math skills with strong attention to detail. A high school diploma/GED and reliable transportation are required, along with pre-employment

Job description

General laborer needed for metals manufacturing company located in Lapeer, MI.

Pay rate is$15.00/hour; contract to hire. Hours are currently Monday-Friday 6a-2:30p with potential for some overtime. This position will be checking parts for holes or leaks in welds.

• Must be mechanically inclined, good in math (must be able to read a ruler), have attention to detail, able to stand for long periods of time, able to twist/turn/and bend as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation, high school diploma/GED, and able to pass all pre-employment screens.
