Job summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a General Laborer to support heavy civil construction tasks on site. You will flag traffic, assist with stormwater BMP installation, fencing, and site surveying duties while supporting the crew to maximize production and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities include driving trucks, dumping loads, performing pre-shift inspections, and contributing to basic maintenance. Willingness to learn and adaptability are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be safety oriented and aware of surroundings.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Able to adapt to varying tasks and schedules.
• Experience with heavy equipment is preferred.
• MSHA training is a plus.

• Possibility to operate special purpose vehicles such as end dump and center dump trucks or water trucks.

Responsibilities

• Laborer duties include directional flagging of heavy and light duty traffic, stormwater BMP installation, demo, install and repair fencing and assisting in site survey and staking.
• Duties include driving a truck, dumping loads, performing all pre-shift inspections, some basic maintenance and upkeep, and working with teammates on crew to maximize production while always maintaining our safety rules and regulations.
• May drive special purpose vehicles, including end dump trucks, center dump truck units and water trucks.
