Job summary

Cillessen & Sons Inc. is hiring entry-level General Laborers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with little to no experience who are willing to learn and grow into skilled roles within our Traffic Control or Pavement Marking divisions.

We provide hands-on training and opportunities to advance into specialized trades. The position offers full-time hours, company-paid health insurance for employees, and an on-the-job training path toward skilled trades.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Traffic Control Duties: Load and unload vehicles with proper equipment, set up and service traffic control zones, install work zone signage, assist with lane closures and traffic flow changes, and support pavement marking crews.
• Pavement Marking Duties: Assist with airport and roadway striping, use measuring tools, assist with parking lot striping projects, learn materials (paint, epoxy, MMA), and perform detailed hand work (arrows, symbols, lettering).

What You’ll Do:

• Perform detailed hand work (arrows, symbols, lettering)

Additional Expectations:

• Occasional out-of-town travel required
