Responsibilities include maintaining job sites, installing erosion control measures, and assisting hydroseeding. Qualifying candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to lift 50 lbs unassisted.

The position offers a starting pay of $19/hour with overtime and various employee perks.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

• Install silt fence, erosion/sediment control, and rock gabions.
• Maintain job sites including sweeping and dust control.
• Assist with hydroseeding and site restoration.

WE'RE HIRING: Field Laborer

Trinity Environmental Group, LLC is growing, and we're looking for hard‑working people to join our crews. No experience required — just show up ready to work and willing to learn.

What You'll Do:

• Install silt fence, erosion/sediment control, and rock gabions
• Maintain job sites (sweeping, dust control, pressure washing)
• Assist with hydroseeding and site restoration
• Operate pumps for water management
• Support equipment operators and crews
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, 12+ hours/day

What You Need:

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to our Abilene yard
• Able to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check (non‑negotiable)
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs unassisted
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and safety‑focused
