Job Title: General Laborer

Job Summary: Perform the duties of a team member within a retail environment. Operationally responsible for the daily tasks helping the maintenance and custodial team as directed by supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning, trash pickup and removal of common areas
  • Cleaning sidewalks, walkways and parking lots
  • Assist with minor maintenance tasks. (Painting, material moves, event setup/teardown, assisting Maintenance staff with various minor maintenance items)
    Assist with vendor coordination, email & WO system communication

Qualifications:

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 year related experience.
  • Valid U.S. drivers license/Previous forklift training is a plus
  • Ability to read and write English
  • To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
