Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Basic Functions: Participate in all day-to-day activities rotating between our Emergency & Contents Specialty Services and Reconstruction departments.

Key Responsibilities (not Exhaustive)

• Emergency Services: Includes emergency response to damages caused primarily by water, mold, fire, and storms. Tasks include water extraction, containment setup, structural demolition, drying equipment setup and monitoring, furniture and contents moving, structural cleaning, emergency board-up and tarping, among others.
• Contents Restoration: Packing/unpacking personal items, moving furniture, inventorying, loading/unloading trucks, detailed cleaning of items.
• Reconstruction: Board-ups, tarping, demolition, furniture moving, delivering materials, assisting carpenters.
• Represent Paul Davis Restoration professionally and with integrity.
• Assist with general labor tasks around the shop.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

Schedule

• M-F 8:00AM - 4:30PM
• Overtime opportunities
• On-call rotation
• Weekends when needed and on-call

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle
• Pass a federal background check (no felonies since age 18)
• Pass initial and random drug tests
• Proficient with technology (e.g., iPad, cell phones)
• Ability to lift and move 75 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods

Experience

• Restoration experience: preferred but not required
• Construction experience: preferred but not required
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools (hammers, saws, drills, tape measure, etc.)
