What Youll Do

As a General Laborer, you will support the manufacturing and production of precast concrete bridge products used in major infrastructure projects.

Daily Responsibilities May Include

• Assisting with production and fabrication activities
• Handling, positioning, and securing materials
• Operating hand tools and production equipment
• Loading and unloading materials and components
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Supporting crews in various departments based on operational needs
• No prior experience is required** we provide on-the-job training for individuals willing to learn and work hard.

Schedule

Monday through Friday

Typical start time between 5:00 AM - 6:30 AM

Occasional Saturdays based on production demands

Average 40-45+ hours per week with overtime available
