JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. The ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
2. Knowledgeable use of power tools.
3. Ability to follow instructions.
4. Willingness to work long hours (up to 55 hours a week, Monday through Friday during peak season).
5. A commercial driver’s license is not required upon hiring, but you must apply for a CDL learner’s permit within one month of hire.
6. Must obtain a registered Electrician card to meet government regulations.
7. Experience in road construction and using construction equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities include operating machinery used in the production process, assisting machine operators, examining products for quality standards, supporting production workers with various tasks such as supplying or holding materials, cleaning work areas, attaching slings, ropes, or cables to objects, and signaling coworkers to move products during production.

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience in the electrical field or road construction is preferred.
• Must maintain a "registered Electrician" certificate as required by the state of Wisconsin.
