Job summary

Triple A Pro Services, based in the Dayton-Cincinnati region, is hiring a General Laborer to perform landscaping, weed control, bush hogging, and animal husbandry for farm-related projects. The role supports excavation and pumping tasks and involves outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.

No prior experience is required; we provide training and growth opportunities. A reliable means of transportation and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this physically demanding, outdoors

Qualifications

Your New Role

Based in the Dayton-Cincinnati, OH region, asa General Laborer, you’ll be a key member of our operational crew, ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple scopes:

• Perform landscaping, weed control, bush hogging, and animal husbandry for farm-related projects

• Support excavation and pumping tasks with precision and teamwork

• Handle outdoor labor, including trenching, shovel work, and physically demanding fieldwork

• Operate tractors and heavy machinery to maintain daily operations

• Assist with other essential tasks, including part runs and hands-on support as needed

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, trenching, and working in various weather conditions

• Reliable transportation is a must

• No experience required—just bring your work ethic and willingness to learn

• Prior experience in farm activities, landscaping, or operating heavy machinery is a plus

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
