Job summary

MOLARI Employment and HealthCare Services is seeking a Temporary General Laborer for a fast-paced metal fabrication facility in Dalton, MA. The role involves hands‑on support in production, fabrication, and shop operations, including material handling and finishing tasks.

The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm. The position requires standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, steel‑toed shoes, and reliability to support production needs.

Qualifications

• Strong stamina to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout shift.
• Reliability and willingness to support where needed.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen if selected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with composite lay‑up and assembly work.
• Prepare materials and tooling for production.
• Support fabrication and manufacturing operations.
• Grind, sand, deburr, and finish materials.
• Move materials and parts throughout the shop.
• Assist machine operators and fabricators as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and production instructions carefully.
• Perform general labor and shop support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen if selected
