Job summary

STOP Restoration in Centre Hall, PA is hiring entry-level Demo Technicians to support fire, water, mold, and bio damage remediation in the Central PA region. As a Demo Technician, you will perform production tasks under the supervision of the Restoration Foreman and Mitigation Manager, including removal of damaged materials, water extraction, equipment setup, and moving contents.

This role offers hands-on training and clear paths to more advanced roles.

Qualifications

• Must have Valid PA Driver's License.
• Must pass background check.
• Must have reliable transportation to Centre Hall office.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Must wear PPE and respirator when required.
• Occasional after hours work.

Responsibilities

STOP Restoration is hiring multiple Demo Technicians to join our Team! This position is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement. As a Demo Technician, you will help property owners in the Central PA Region when they experience damage from Fire, Water, Smoke, Mold, & Bio damage.

The Mitigation Demo Technician will be responsible for completing production tasks as assigned by Restoration Foreman and Mitigation Manager. Production tasks include removing damaged materials, extracting water, setting equipment, moving and storing furniture & contents, and doing other tasks as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Mitigation Activities including - Fire/Soot/Smoke Clean Up. Water Extraction & Drying. Mold Remediation. Demolition of damaged materials. Moving furniture and appliances when necessary.
• General Labor assists the Restoration Foreman and Technicians with job related tasks as directed.
• Follow all job site & safety protocols.
• Drive company vehicle responsibly. Clean and maintain daily.
• Clean and perform maintenance on company equipment
• Excellent opportunities for advancement. This is an entry-level position. With experience and training, there are opportunities to move to Restoration Technician, Restoration Foreman and then Mitigation Manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have Valid PA Drivers License

• Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and do physically demanding work.

Hourly: $ 15-18 per hour plus Bonus & Incentives. Bonuses for this position are typically $ 75-$ 100 per month. Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays after 90 day probationary period. Paid Training.
