Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a motivated General Labor professional to support site progress on our projects in Texas. You will perform a variety of tasks, from site prep and material handling to equipment maintenance, while upholding safety standards and quality.

You will collaborate with trades and crews, report issues to supervision, and help maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment on site. A strong work ethic and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in general labor, construction, or related field.
  • OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Performs general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
  • Follows established safety procedures and uses required protective equipment.
  • Assists other team members and trades with assigned work to support project efficiency.
  • Inspects work areas and materials for safety and quality, reporting issues as needed.
  • Maintains tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and functional condition.
  • Communicates task progress and challenges to leadership to facilitate effective workflow.

Job Summary

Performs a variety of physical and general construction tasks that support overall project progress and completion. Executes assignments safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Collaborates with team members to maintain workflow and quality across all site activities. Contributes to a safe, organized, and productive work environment through consistent adherence to safety procedures and work standards.

Key Responsibilities
