We are looking to expand our growing business. Classification of work includes:

• Foundation Repair (crack injections, installing piers, and anchors, etc.)
• Waterproofing (Interior drainage systems, exterior drainage, downspouts, sump pumps, etc.)

Daily tasks required:

• Showing up on time
• Work as a team to complete jobs efficiently
• Cleaning and preparing construction sites
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Digging, backfilling, installing materials
• Following instructions from supervisors

Requirements:

• Must have a driver's license or state ID (reliable transportation required)
• Be at least 18 years old
• Ability to perform physical labor and strenuous tasks
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Punctuality and reliability are essential
• Previous construction experience is a bonus but not required

Job Perks:

• Starting salary depends on experience
• Monthly bonus system adds $1.00 - $6.00 per hour after 90 days, based on crew production
• Wages evaluated after 90 days; most employees receive a raise after good performance
