Job summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking reliable General Laborers for a production company in Algona, IA. The role involves working Monday through Friday on first shift, 6:30am-3:30pm, producing wooden pallets per customer specifications.

You will use hand and power tools, read a tape measure, and perform general cleaning while following safety rules. Starting pay is $15 per hour with weekly pay, direct deposit options, holidays and PTO based on accruals. Drug screen and background check may apply.

• Ability to take direction and meet deadlines.
• Ability to bend and lift frequently.

An established production company in Algona, IA is hiring reliable General Laborers to join their team!

This position works both independently and on a team to produce wooden pallets per customer specifications. The General Laborer position will work Monday through Friday on first shift, 6:30am-3:30pm, and pays $15/hr. Individuals with prior production experience are encouraged to apply!
