Gulf Stream Marine, Inc. in Brownsville, TX is seeking a Level I dock/stevedore to support terminal and stevedoring operations. You will perform basic labor tasks under close supervision as you learn equipment handling, safety protocols, and SOPs.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. You will work outdoors in marine environments, handle cargoes and assist with hooking and unhooking, with opportunities to gain independence as you train.

Qualifications

Overview

The Level I (L1) is an entry-level position responsible for performing basic labor tasks in support of terminal & stevedoring operations. Employees in this role are expected to carry out routine duties under close supervision, with increasing independence as they gain experience and familiarity with operational procedures. Learning basic tasks such as equipment handling, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures. Focused on developing foundational skills and understanding of work processes.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
