Job summary

Basalite Building Products, LLC is seeking a General Labor, Secondary Operations position in Tracy, CA. This full-time role supports the Secondary Operations team in all areas of production and emphasizes the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success.

The role requires open shift availability and offers $20.00-$21.50 per hour DOE, with emphasis on safety, teamwork and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Requires basic math, reading and writing skills.
• On-the-job training experience is required to be able to perform duties.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with others.
• Must be able to work as a team.
• Ability to operate splitter, cuber, forklift and any other equipment required to perform duties.
• Predictable and regular attendance is required. Must be available for shift rotations, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
• Adjusts equipment for product being produced.
• Feeds production lines.
• Checks material for proper quality.
• Cleans up work area.
• Attends safety meetings and abides by safety rules.
