Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a motivated General Laborer/Production Employee to join our team in Franklin, TN. You will assist in the shop, operating woodworking machines and hand tools, and ensuring production standards are met.

The role emphasizes understanding product lines and installation techniques, adherence to quality and safety standards, and willingness to take on additional tasks as directed by the Production Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in the woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred (32mm systems).
• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Some prior Woodworking experience is preferred but not required.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated General Laborer/Production Employee to join our growing team. The individual will be a shop assistant with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
• Understand cut lists for daily jobs.
• Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager.
