Job summary

Iescorp in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Assistant/Helper to join the team and support the Supervisor. The ideal candidate is hands-on, eager to learn, and comfortable around machinery.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and a basic mechanical mindset with aptitude for pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC operations will help you grow with on-the-job training. On-the-job training is provided; you’ll gain experience maintaining equipment and reading schematics and manuals while supporting

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as a Maintenance Assistant/Helper, working directly with the Supervisor.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s eager to learn and grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)

Handy with tools and comfortable working around machinery

Willing to learn and takes direction well

• Mechanically inclined, with some knowledge or interest in:

  Pneumatics

  Hydraulics

  PLC machine operations

  Reading and following schematics and manuals

  Preventive maintenance and parts management

You don’t need to be an expert — if you have a mechanical mindset and a drive to learn, we’ll train you on the rest.
