Central Moloney in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Laborer to support our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will operate machinery, assemble parts, and help maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
• Assemble, handle, and position products, materials, and components as required by production needs.
• Perform general material‑handling and production support activities as assigned.
• Follow work instructions, production procedures, and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Identify and report equipment, material, quality, or production issues to supervision.

Shift Information

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift - Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• All new hires start on 2nd Shift unless discussed.
• Overtime may be required, including early start times or later end times.

Physical Demands:

This position involves sustained physical activity and may require prolonged standing and walking; frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, climbing, pushing, pulling, grasping, and repetitive movement; and handling or positioning materials and equipment. Lifting and carrying requirements will be identified based on the essential functions of the specific position and may include loads exceeding 50 pounds, including team-assisted or mechanical lifting where appropriate.

The position requires sufficient visual ability to safely perform assigned work, identify components and materials, read equipment markings and work instructions, recognize hazards, perform required inspections or precision work, and safely operate or work around industrial equipment.

The position requires sufficient hearing ability to communicate in an industrial environment and recognize equipment operation or changes in operation, audible warnings, alarms, signals, and other conditions necessary for safe job performance.

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed in an industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, moving machinery, and powered material‑handling equipment.
• Work may involve exposure to varying temperatures, dust, airborne particulates, and other conditions typical of manufacturing operations.
• Required to work around forklifts, hoists, powered tools, machinery, and other industrial equipment.
• Required use of applicable personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with established safety procedures.
