Pries Enterprises is growing and we’re looking for a General Labor Packer to join our team! No previous experience required—we’ll train you. If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and enjoy working with your hands in a team environment, this could be a great entry point in manufacturing.

We offer a 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off. 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. You’ll receive instructions, gather materials, lift 50–75 lbs with a partner, operate an overhead crane, and inspect finished

Qualifications

• No previous manufacturing experience required.
• Dependable with good attendance.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs with a partner.
• Team player and safety conscious.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions and work orders from the Machine Operator or Team Leader.
• Gather tools and materials needed for each job, including paper, wood, racks, spacers, clamps, and other packing materials.
• Repetitively lift 50–75 lbs. with a partner.
• Operate an overhead crane to safely move materials.
• Inspect finished products for defects such as deep scratches, bends, dents, bow, and flatness issues.
• Report product defects or concerns to the Team Leader.
• Pack and stack aluminum products according to production specifications, pack codes, and customer requirements.
• Ensure products are properly secured to prevent shifting or damage during handling and shipping.
• Report discrepancies to the Machine Operator and/or Team Leader.
• Hand stamp or stencil identifying information on cartons or shipping containers when required.
• Follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions or activities to the Team Leader and/or Safety Department.
• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
