Responsibilities

• Create sand molds around patterns to form cavities for metal castings.
• Carefully remove patterns without damaging mold cavities.
• Inspect molds for cracks, defects, and dimensional issues before pouring.
• Mix and prepare molding sand with the appropriate binder system.
• Operate equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, conveyors, dollies, and furnaces.
• Clean and maintain molding tools, machinery, and work areas.
• Follow strict safety procedures when working around heavy equipment, chemicals, hot metal, dust, and moving machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
