Job summary

Wald Manufacturing in Maysville, KY is seeking a dependable general laborer to assist with a variety of shop tasks. This full-time, day-shift role involves receiving and stocking parts, assembling equipment, and preparing orders for shipment.

WaldMaysville, KYMonday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.Wald Manufacturing is looking for a dependable, jack-of-all-trades person to assist with general labor, and other work throughout our Maysville facility.This is a full-time, day-shift position paying $14–$20 per hour based on experience and ability.

We offer, paid vacation, free online doctor visits, on-the-job training, and opportunities to advance within the company.

This is a varied position for someone who likes working on different projects instead of doing the same task every day.

Work may include receiving and stocking parts, preparing orders for shipment, building custom pallets and crates, and packaging complete equipment so it arrives safely.

The position will also help with general equipment assembly, organizing parts and materials, building and grounds maintenance, and other shop projects as needed.

Because we manufacture complete specialty equipment, some shipments require custom solutions rather than simply placing a part in a box.

Applicants should be dependable, organized, comfortable using hand and power tools, and willing to help wherever work needs to be completed. General mechanical, assembly, construction, maintenance, warehouse, or shipping experience would be valuable, but we will train the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can handle changing priorities, and can be counted on to help keep the shop organized and production moving.

Wald Manufacturing is the hiring employer for this position. We work as part of the Midwest Equipment/Packer Brothers group, building and supporting equipment lines that include Arrow Hammer and Brown Bear.
