Action Group Staffing is seeking dependable General Material Handlers for a client in Dallas, TX. This role involves sorting, material handling, and light dismantling of electronic equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include sorting, separating materials, pallet movement, and operating or learning equipment like balers and shredders, with emphasis on safety and teamwork. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, OT may be available.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and heavier items with assistance
• Comfortable working around warehouse and recycling equipment

Schedule

• 1st Shift – Monday through Friday

Pay

• Starting at $16.00/hr, depending on experience
