Qualifications

• No previous recycling experience required; training will be provided.
• Previous warehouse, production, recycling, or general labor experience is a plus.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Willingness to perform repetitive physical work.
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Material Sorters are responsible for sorting recyclable materials, removing unwanted items, and keeping materials organized as they move through the facility. This is a hands‑on, physical position that requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive work.
