Job summary

Hearthside Food Solutions is hiring for general labor roles across its US facilities. Prior manufacturing experience is not required; a strong work ethic and teamwork are valued as you assist with mixing, weighing, packaging, and supplying lines while maintaining GMPs.

All positions emphasize reliability, safety, and adherence to location rules, with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees, including health and pension benefits and paid time

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We have a variety of general labor openings throughout our facilities. Prior manufacturing experience is not required; what matters is a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team. Your duties may include mixing products, weighing and scaling material, packaging product, or supplying lines with required items. All roles require reliability and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times, including location‑specific rules such as no personal protective jewelry while handling food.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to stand and work with hands throughout the shift.
• Capability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Adaptation to cold or warm environments depending on location.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees, including health, dental, a registered pension plan, and wellness benefits after a qualifying period.
