Job summary

The Brock Group Inc. is seeking a Helper in Houston, TX to perform general non-craft labor as assigned. The role focuses on promoting Brock's safety culture, learning required tools, and supporting field teams on site.

You will follow official specifications, work with a mentor under the SSW program, and complete safety paperwork while performing duties across indoor and outdoor sites. Strong emphasis on safety, readiness to travel as needed, and physical capability are required.

• Must meet and maintain safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business.
• Comply with all manufacturer's specifications.
• Work closely with assigned Mentor as per SSW Program.
• Follow all Brock, Contractor's, and governmental safety requirements.
• Perform work in accordance with Contractor Specifications.
• Follow the applicable Brock, Contractor, and governmental safety requirements.
• Take direction from supervisor to learn the proper tools and equipment to use for specified tasks.
• Complete safety paperwork such as FLRA's, Sharp Cards, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
