Job summary

The Brock Group Inc is seeking a Helper to perform general non-craft labor at the Baton Rouge site. This role supports field operations by following supervisor direction, adhering to safety protocols, and assisting mentors under the SSW program.

Responsibilities include promoting Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture, complying with specifications and safety requirements, and completing required safety paperwork, with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business.
• Comply with all manufacturer’s specifications
• Work closely with assigned Mentor as per SSW Program
• Follow all Brock, Contractor’s, and governmental safety requirements
• Perform work in accordance with Contractor Specifications
• Follow the applicable Brock, Contractor, and governmental safety requirements
• Take direction from supervisor to learn the proper tools and equipment to use for specified tasks
• Complete safety paperwork such as FLRA’s, Sharp Cards, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
