We are seeking motivated General Laborers to support daily operations at a busy recycling and scrap yard facility in Frankfort, KY. This is a hands-on position for individuals who are dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

FIRST 2 DAYS of TRAINING will be in WAINCHESTER, KY

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general yard cleanup including trash removal, sweeping, and mopping
• Help organize materials and perform copper stripping duties
• Move between tasks throughout the shift as needed
• Follow directions and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Work Environment

• -MUST be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Position involves frequent walking and movement throughout the yard
• Some tasks may involve standing for long periods, while others may involve occasional sitting
• Industrial scrap/recycling yard environment
