Aspire Bakeries in Ontario, CA is seeking a General Labor, Bakery McGriddle for the 3rd shift to support production and packaging, ensuring quality and food safety standards are met.

This role involves operating packaging equipment, assisting with labeling and palletizing, and following GMP and safety rules. It offers an hourly rate of $21.00–$22.00 in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

About The Role

We are seeking a General Labor, Bakery McGriddle- 3rd Shift to join our Ontario, CA bakery team. As a General Labor, Bakery McGriddle- 3rd Shift, you will be accountable for ensuring finished products meet quality, packaging, and food safety standards while supporting efficient production operations. This role is vital to maintaining product integrity, accurate order fulfillment, and consistent production performance.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 3rd Shift
• Shift Schedule: 9pm-5:30pm
• Weekend availability: Flexible to work weekends

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $22.00

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality, appearance, and temperature standards.
• Package products according to established packaging and case count requirements.
• Operate and monitor packaging equipment to support safe and efficient production.
• Verify product labeling, coding, and identification accuracy.
• Palletize, label, and relocate finished goods for storage and distribution.
• Maintain packaging materials and supplies to support continuous operations.
• Comply with food safety, GMP, quality assurance, regulatory, and workplace safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring To The Table)

• Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English and/or Spanish.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions and quality specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to safely operate packaging equipment following established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle packaging materials and finished products as required.
• Ability to work in cold environments, including freezer storage areas, when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients For Success)

• Previous experience in an automated or semi-automated packaging environment.
• Experience working in a food manufacturing or bakery production facility.
• Forklift certification.
• Experience operating packaging and material-handling equipment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
