Job summary

Intex is hiring for a Paint Line General Labor role with afternoon/evening and midnight shift options (6 days/week). Responsibilities include hanging and loading parts on the paint line, inspecting quality, verifying job match with cut sheets, and maintaining organized work areas.

The position demands physical stamina, safety compliance, and willingness to work overtime as needed. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, wear steel-toe boots, and follow written and verbal instructions

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow directions clearly and accurately.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Must wear steel-toe boots and safety equipment at all times.
• Must be able to work 8–10 hour shifts, six days a week.
• Must demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality.
• Must understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Hang parts on paint line for painting process.
• Load and unload material from the paint line.
• Maintain organization of jobs and parts during load/unload.
• Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Pull job tags from rack or pallet, verify against job cut sheet, initial and date.
• Occasionally conduct physical inventory counts and replenish stock as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and participate in quality improvements.
• Walk, bend, and climb stairs as part of the shift.

Midnights (11pm-7am)6 days a week. (Depending on business needs)
*Saturdays/Overtime are required*

• Hang parts on paint line for painting process.
• Load/Unload material from the paint line.
• Maintain organization of jobs/ parts during load/unload process.
• Perform quality inspections on incoming & outgoing materials & products.
• Pull tag from job rack/cart or pallet, match it to the job cut sheet to verify job match, initial and date.
• On occasion, conducts physical inventory counts; replenishes stock from back-up locations as needed.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
• Participates in quality improvement efforts.
• Walking, bending, and climbing stairs.
• Behavior & conduct: Expected to follow rules and regulations.

This job may require the physical ability to perform duties assigned including but not limited to extensive standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting. Continuous lifting to 75 pounds from floor to average waist-high platform, and use of various hand tools and instruments, and extreme temperatures.
