Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking General Labor team members to support daily production and operational needs within a designated department. You may be reassigned to other departments as needed and must follow safety, quality, and attendance policies.

The role reports to Production Management at shift start for daily assignments. Responsibilities include performing varied production tasks, maintaining clean work areas, and collaborating with team members in a fast-paced environment while observing PPE

Qualifications

• Must follow all safety, food safety, quality and attendance policies.
• Able to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production and labor-related tasks as assigned.
• Support departmental staffing needs and operational requirements.
• Follow all company safety, food safety, quality, and attendance policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
