Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a General Laborer to support production tasks, inventory organization, and quality workflow in a fast-moving environment. You will assist with sorting, counting, 5S activities, replenishing supplies, and back-up coverage as needed on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions while collaborating with team members. Healthy work benefits apply.

You’ll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties And Responsibilities

The General Laborer will assist the production areas in various tasks including sorting, counting, 5S activities, replenishing supplies, organizing stock, hanging blades, and assignments. May serve as a backup to other positions at the direction of management; other duties as assigned.

• Perform work per work instructions and area metrics
• Keep work area clean by disposing empty boxes and cardboard, as well as keeping material
• Inform proper personnel of material shortage
• Train others in all areas
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
• Practice 5Ss
