Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a dusty environment where smoking may be present.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings.
• Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility.
• Must be willing to work in other areas assigned.
• Steel-toed shoes are required.

Responsibilities

• Lift boxes, empty contents onto the worktable, and inspect each pack for defects identified and communicated by the Lead.
• Discard defective packs into the appropriate containers and repack boxes.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area by sweeping.
• Pay close attention to detail, as some defects are minor and difficult to identify.
• Work in a team environment throughout the shift, demonstrating good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Use equipment such as box cutter, tape guns, glue for resealing packs.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background screening.
